PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling construction between footing and a structure on the footing capable of easily repairing a differential settlement. SOLUTION: An opening 3 is provided on a side surface of a rising portion 1a of a concrete footing 1, a screw passing bore hole 4 is made through an upper side footing concrete portion clamping this opening portion 3, a male screw rod 7 is inserted to the screw passing hole 4, and a structure 2 on the footing is connected to the concrete footing 1 with a first nut 8 screwed to the male screw rod portion protruded to the inside of the opening portion 3 and a second nut 9 screwed to a male screw rod portion protruded above the top surface of the footing. Also, a receiver 13 is provided by the male screw rod 7 located below the second nut 9; by loosening the first nut 8 and raising the male screw rod 7 through the opening 3, a structure 2 on the top of footing is supported by the receiver 13 and can be raised together with the male screw rod 7.
