PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vector in a drug delivery system, which is excellent in selective transitivity to a target tissue. SOLUTION: Toxin from Clostridium tetani consists of a protein complex domain which has toxigenicity and is called S domain and a protein complex domain which has selective transitivity to a specific tissue such as brain or spinal cord and is called L domain. The L domain is applied to the vector in the drug delivery system.
