PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve hydraulic fluid cooling efficiency, reduce costs and save space in a hydraulic fluid cooling device applied to cargo handling vehicles such as forklift truck. SOLUTION: This device comprises a car body 2, a rear pipe 3 of the head guard 10 provided on top of the car body 2, a radiator 4, which is provided in the rear pipe 3, for cooling hydraulic fluid, and an air hole 5 formed on the rear pipe 3 for letting the outside air pass through to the radiator 4. The radiator 4 for cooling hydraulic fluid, in particular, is arranged in the rear pipe 3, and the air hole 5 for letting the outside air to the radiator is also formed on the rear pipe 3.
