The distance between the A and B pivot sections is broadened and narrowed by threadedly rotating the first ball screw shaft, and the distance between the support base and the carrier base is also narrowed and broadened and interlocking, and with the rotation operating member replaced with each other in each securing section, rotation operation is performed for allowing the increase and decrease in the threaded output of the first ball screw shaft.
