PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operation force, travel amount and travel output. SOLUTION: This device comprises six support shafts comprising four support members, a support base, a carrier base, A and B pivot sections pivotally connected to each other, two sets of parallel keeping gears meshed with their respective support members, plural interlocking gears interlocking with the first gear of a first ball screw, a first ball screw shaft secured to the A pivot section and the B pivot section, an internal sleeve having plural through holes in which plural balls fittedly screwed with the first ball screw shaft are charged rotatably, securing sections at the tips of the first ball screw shaft and the interlocking gears, and a first pantograph device comprising a rotation operating member capable of mounting the securing section rotatably and capable of operating the first ball screw shaft rotatably. The distance between the A and B pivot sections is broadened and narrowed by threadedly rotating the first ball screw shaft, and the distance between the support base and the carrier base is also narrowed and broadened and interlocking, and with the rotation operating member replaced with each other in each securing section, rotation operation is performed for allowing the increase and decrease in the threaded output of the first ball screw shaft.
