PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of preventing interior temperature rise without leaving an automobile window slightly open in an automobile parked outdoors under the scorching sun. SOLUTION: This interior temperature rise preventing device for the automobile is provided with a power generating means 1 by sunlight; a converting means 2 for converting the electric power of the power generating means; a temperature control means 3 for detecting interior temperature rise and turning an electric circuit on and off; a cooling means 4 for cooling air whose temperature has risen in the automobile; and a blasting means 5 for emitting heat radiated from the cooling means 4, to the outside of the automobile.
