PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing high purity zinc sulfate(ZnSO4), manganese sulfate(MnSO4) and ferrous sulfate(FeSO4) simultaneously by coprecipitation process. CONSTITUTION: The production method of ZnSO4, MnSO4, and FeSO4 comprises the steps of: reacting sulfuric acid(50%) with 6wt.% of Zn ore, 6wt.% of electric furnace dust generated in steelmaking, 6wt.% of ferromanganeses(Fe-alloy), 6wt.% of zinc materials generated in plating, 3wt.% of ferrous scraps and 3wt.% of manganese dioxide at 95deg.C for 5hrs; filtering and adding 2-3wt.% of Zn powder to filtrates to remove heavy metals; filtering, and concentration-drying. |
