<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample holder capable of simply adjusting the height of a sample to determine the height accurately and capable of preliminarily determining the direction of the sample to be set on a sample stand accurately to arrange the sample. SOLUTION: The measuring inspection surface of the sample 20 is preliminarily positioned by the sample height adjusting surface of a sample height adjusting stand 12 attached by positioning the sample stand 6 for holding the sample 20 on the height aligning stand 11 provided on a holder base stand 1 provided so as to be freely regulated in height. The sample stand 6 is advanced toward the positioned sample 20 to hold the positioned sample 20 on the sample stand 6. Then, the sample height adjusting stand 12 is detached.</p> |
