PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a color specification value to be a target is not always satisfied by a signal rate corresponding to the amount of ink and the stability of a printer although the amount of ink reproducing the target color specification value is determined by outputting a color patch combining a plurality of inks, measuring the color specification value of the color patch and interpolating. SOLUTION: When the combination of color materials with respect to the target color specification value is determined, the color patch combined the color materials is forced to be outputted by a device and the color patch is measured. According to the result of the measured color, a first process which estimates the combination of the color materials composing a color space stereoscope containing the target color specification value is conducted. The color patch corresponding to the combination of the estimated color materials is forced to be outputted by the device, the color patch is measured, and a second process which obtains the color specification value of the color space stereoscope by the combination of the estimated color materials is conducted. The second process is repeated while reducing the color space stereoscope by the combination of the estimated color materials until the combination of the color materials which satisfies the target color specification value is determined. |
