PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous suspension germicide composition having good suspensibility of a solid component after diluting the formulation with water, good handling property and effectiveness and not causing phytotoxicity. SOLUTION: This aqueous suspension germicide composition comprises (a) 1-50 wt.% sterilization active component which has <=500 ppm water solubility and is solid at ordinary temperature and (b) 1-10 wt.% polyoxyalkylene polystyrylphenyl ether phosphoric acid ester salt. In the germicide composition, a volume fraction of >=10μm average particle diameter in the solid component is <=25%.
