PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary valve easy to process and capable of being used semi-permanently by preventing abrasion of members making up the valve from exceeding a prescribed level. SOLUTION: In the rotary valve 31 with a fixing side member 33 and a rotation side member 36 structured to permit a first communication hole 41 formed at the fixing side member 33 and a second communication hole 42 formed at the rotation side member 36 to intermittently communicate with each other by the relative rotation of the fixing side member 33 and the rotation side member 36 that are slidably connected to each other, the rotation side member 36 is supported by a bearing 51.
