PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic material having high electrical conductivity and heat resistance, and also provide an organic eletroluminescent element in which an organoluminescent layer, or at least either one of the organoluminescent layer and an organic carrier transport layer includes the organic material having high conductivity and heat resistance. SOLUTION: The organic material is expressed by formula (1) [wherein, n denotes an integer of 2 or 10; k denotes an integer of 1 or n; Ar1 , Ar1 ', Ar2 , Ar2 ' are each an aromatic hydrocarbon ring or heterocyclic ring which may have substituents; the aromatic hydrocarbon ring or the heterocyclic ring is a condensed ring for a carbon bond between 2 and 3 positions of a pyrrole ring expressed by formula (1), or for a carbon bond between 4 and 5 positions; Rk and Rk ' are each electroconductive compound which is an aliphatic hydrocarbon group, or an aryl group or a heterocyclic group, which may have a substituent].
