PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiping sheet effective for suppressing the adsorption of bactericides, etc., to a substrate, having excellent sterilization effect and giving low stimulation to the skin. SOLUTION: The wiping sheet is produced by impregnating a substrate with an impregnation liquid containing a bactericide and cyclodextrins. Preferably, the bactericide is selected from quaternary ammonium salts, parabens (p- hydroxybenzoates), ethanols and polymeric bactericides and the cyclodextrins are selected fromα-cyclodextrin,β-cyclodextrin,γ-cyclodextrin andδ- cyclodextrin.
