CONSTITUTION: A calling card authenticator(106) exclusively manages card profile data for calling card authentication processes. At least one service performing exchange(103) connected to a telephone network(104) receives a telephone call service requested by a calling card service user. An intelligent service processor(109) requests the calling card authenticator(106) to authenticate a calling card connection call service, receives an authenticated result, and performs a next calling card service. A service controller(101) controls the telephone call service, requests the calling card authenticator(106) to authenticate a card for the telephone call service, and performs a next calling card service according to an authenticated result. A PINT device(107) requests the calling card authenticator(106) to authenticate an Internet call, and transmits an authenticated result to the web.
