PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid valve for a high-pressure fuel feeder which suppresses pressure losses of the fuel in the vicinity of a seat part, and prevents erosion inside the solenoid valve caused by the cavitation. SOLUTION: This solenoid valve comprises a solenoid valve body 170 having a fuel flow passage 172 connected to the high-pressure side and the low-pressure side of the fuel feeder, a valve seat 173 provided in the fuel flow passage 172, a valve 174 to open/close the fuel flow passage 172 attachably/detachably to/ from the valve seat 173 in the solenoid valve body 170, and an electromagnetic solenoid 171 to move the valve 174 from the valve seat 173, and maintains the fuel discharge from the fuel feeder at a predetermined value. The valve seat 173 has an inclined surface 173a at the predetermined angle to the moving direction of the valve 174, and the valve 174 has a round shape at the seat part 174b abutted on the inclined surface 173a of the valve seat when the valve is closed. |
