ANTIREFLECTION FILM ON PLASTIC OPTICAL SUBSTRATE AND METHOD FOR FORMING THE FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deposit an optically low reflective film with high adhesion property on a plastic substrate such as an acryl which is difficult to keep the adhesion property. SOLUTION: The antireflection film formed on optical parts using a plastic substrate consists of an extremely thin first layer formed by using the selected optical substrate, a second layer formed to almost 1/4/λ0 optical film thickness and/or an extremely thin third layer as a topcoat.
