PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce defective installation of electrical parts in an electrical part installation system. SOLUTION: A suction pipe is attached to the suction nozzle as decentered from the nozzle rotation axis. Suction surface rotation caused by suction nozzle rotation dissolves the positional difference in the Y-axis direction between the suction surface center and the suction position inherent in the electronic part 38, and positional difference in the X-axis direction is dissolved by controlling the part supply table stop position. At the part holding attitude detection position, the image pickup device takes pictures of the suction nozzle suction surface for acquisition of nozzle rotation axis positional error ΔXA, ΔYA and suction surface eccentricity ΔXN, ΔYN. By using these, and ΔXB, ΔYB which is the preset positional difference of the opening 26 at the inherent suction position relative to the center, the angle and direction for the suction surface to cover for the dissolution of positional difference in the Y-axis direction are determined, and table movement data are set and adjusted. After the commencement of installation, based on the result of detection of the hold position error by the suction nozzle of the electronic part 38, positional errors of the feeder 36 in the X-axis and Y-axis directions are measured, and adjusted. |
