<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chiller in which a heat receiving part can be jointed with an electronic part without generating a large stress in the electronic part or a heat pipe even when a mounted condition of the electronic part is not constant. SOLUTION: This chiller is provided with the heat receiving part 24 thermally connected to the electronic part 15, the heat pipe 22 connected at one end to the heat receiving part capable of transmitting heat, a heat exchanging part 46 provided at the other end of the heat pipe to receive heat from the heat receiving part transferred by the heat pipe, and a fan case 51 which contains the heat exchanging part and a blower 58 for chilling the heat exchanging part, and which support the heat pipe in such a way that the heat receiving part can be displaced in accordance with the mounted condition of a heat generating part.</p> |
