PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a sense of incompatibility of the anchorage of anchors to the scenery of the surrounding by reducing the pressure receiving area of a pressure receiving plate of the ground anchor to the face of slope made by cutting. SOLUTION: A plurality of rods 20 for sharing a received pressure by the anchor are driven in parallel to the driving direction of anchor tensile members 12 in the vicinity of the anchor tensile member 12 by using the anchor pressure receiving plate 11 as a guide for anchoring the head portion of the anchor tensile member 12 at its center position.
