PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure reducing valve type pilot valve capable of relaxing an impact when stopping an actuator and maintaining a nearly constant response speed when stopping the actuator. SOLUTION: A first oil passage is formed of a second notch 20 having a constant narrow and long cross sectional shape is formed between a spool 6 and a wall surface part 10, which is formed between ports, of a pressure reducing valve part 2A. A second oil passage is formed of a bypass passage 21 formed of a lateral hole 21a for connecting an oil passage 8 inside of the spool and a tank port 11 to each other, a first groove part 21b provided in the periphery of an opening of the lateral hole 21a in the peripheral surface of the spool 6, and a second groove part 21c formed to be shallower as it separates downward from the first groove part 21b. During the time when the spool 6 is displaced at a part higher than the neutral position, an opening area of the first oil passage is constantly maintained, and the throttle quantity of the second oil passage in relation to a flow of the pressurized oil is increased as the pressure of an output port 13A (13B) is larger to constantly maintain a discharge flow from the output port 13A (13B) to the tank port 11 independently of the pressure of the output port 13A (13B).
