PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid transfer device capable of restraining an enlargement, excellently usable over a long period, and capable of transferring the fixed volume of liquid. SOLUTION: This liquid transfer device is provided with a sealed vessel 7 arranged in the liquid stored in a storage part 4, a valve element 8 for opening-closing an intake port 7A of the sealed vessel 7, an introducing pipe 9 raised up toward an inside upper part of the sealed vessel 7 from the intake port 7A, an air supply pipe 10 for supplying air supplied from an air supply device P in the sealed vessel 7, and a water pumping pipe 11 for transferring the liquid taken in the sealed vessel 7 up to a specific place by air pressure from the air supply pipe 10. The valve element 8 is composed of an object having a specific gravity smaller than a specific gravity of the liquid.
