PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a driving mechanism 4 by assembling the same in an outer case 3, to hold the driving mechanism 4 in the outer case 3, to prevent the leakage of oil and the like from the driving mechanism 4 surrounded by peripheral wall 16, to the outside of the peripheral wall 16, and the intrusion of the water and the like from the outside of the peripheral wall 16 into the driving mechanism 4, and further to surely protect the driving mechanism 4 by improving the sealing performance of the outer case 3. SOLUTION: The driving mechanism 4 is assembled in the outer case 3. The outer case 3 is provided with a cylindrical body 5 surrounding an outer peripheral part of the driving mechanism 4 by the peripheral wall 16 continuously extended to the circumferential direction around a central line of the rotation of an output rotating shaft 10 of the driving mechanism 4. A fastening means for deforming the peripheral wall 16 of the cylindrical body 5 to closely press an inner peripheral part of the peripheral wall 16 to an outer peripheral part of the driving mechanism 4, is composed of a fastening surrounding part 17 separated in the circumferential direction of the peripheral wall 16 at a fastening interval 18, and a screw member 21 for deforming the peripheral wall 16 by fastening the fastening interval 18 by the fastening surrounding part 17 to narrow the same.
