PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability by saving the time for removing a handrail from car body for transportation. SOLUTION: The cylindrical bracket 22 of a handrail device 21 is fixed on the upper face side of the housing cover 4 of an upper revolving superstructure 2, and a handrail receiver 25 is fixed to the cylindrical bracket 22.
