<p>A fitness trainer has a circular plate with a ribs on the underside radiating out from a central hub, to provide a rocking action in any direction. The top surface of the plate has a pattern of raised dots to provide a massage effect. Elastic ties are clipped to the plate via keyhole slots and are secured via widened mouldings at the free ends. The top ends of the ties are fitted with hand grips to operate as pulls.</p> |
