PURPOSE: A method of processing a chicken by drawing out chicken meat using semicircular scissors, filling with a stuffing material containing the chicken meat, vegetables and seasonings, coating with wheat dough and then frying in oil is provided. Therefore, the diversification of kinds of a chicken meat product is achieved and a new type of chicken meat products with a characteristic taste and flavor are obtained. CONSTITUTION: Chicken meat is removed from deboned chicken skin using semicircular scissors, finely cut, mixed with various seasonings and aged for a specified time. After mixing the chicken meat with various vegetables, it is inserted into the chicken skin and then the chicken skin is sealed with a toothpick or a pin. The sealed chicken is heated, coated with wheat dough and then fried in oil. Before sealing the skin, a stick for use as a handle can be also inserted into the chicken skin.
