PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively manufacture a decorated FRP molding which can obtain an anti-slip effect even when a surface is moistened with a soap water when the molding is used for a bathroom floor material or the like. SOLUTION: A method for manufacture the decorated FRP molding comprises the steps of inserting and laminating an FRP uncured material 5 and a decorated fibrous sheet 4 with a design layer between a pair of molds Ma and Mb, further inserting and laminating a material obtained by forming a transparent coating layer 3A by a layer of an uncured or cured thermosetting resin on a finely rugged surface of a shaped sheet S having the fine ruggedness 2A on the surface so that the coating layer is opposed to the decorated fibrous sheet side, then completely curing the thermosetting resin by heating and pressurizing the laminate by closing the molds, opening the molds, and releasing the shaped sheet. Thus, the coating layer becomes the transparent surface protective layer-cum-anti-slip layer in which the fine ruggedness is shaped on the surface, thereby obtaining the decorated FRP molding. |
