PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an one-way valve capable of stably operating even in a transmission unit arranging a control valve in the vertical direction to a horizontal plane in an one-way valve structure. SOLUTION: In the one-way valve structure in a hydraulic control device of an automatic transmission, a ball groove 1b has a rising gradient for the groove depth direction, when a ball 6 is positioned at a lower end of the vertical direction for the horizontal plane, the groove is shaped so that the center of a valve hole 3b coincides with the center of the ball 6.
