A partition wall 5 to partition an air duct of the wind tunnel 2 is provided inside the wind tunnel 2, and the air duct 3 toward the private parts directed to the private parts of the user and the air duct 4 toward the washing nozzle directed to the washing nozzle 1 are set in the wind tunnel 2.
