SOLUTION: The metal earth and the carbon earth are deeply embedded in the ground to expose the front ends of the earths to the surface of the earth, they are connected to the cultivated area or the building, pulverized coal is uniformly scattered on the surface of the earth to mix, and as the giant earth covering the whole area of the surface of the earth, an earth current is collected to discharge in the air as the minus electron.
