PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a built-in hot water and water combination faucet which can be easily installed and is user-friendly. SOLUTION: The built-in mixing faucet comprises a switch handle for switching water passages to a shower nozzle and a faucet portion, a temperature adjustment handle for adjusting hot water temperature, and a faucet portion, all of which are projectingly installed on an attachment surface. In this built-in mixing faucet, at least the faucet portion and the switch handle are integrally set on the attachment surface on the same axis in that order. Moreover, a spout provided on the faucet portion is configured to project downwards from the faucet portion.
