PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a deodorant, anti-microbial and winkle-removing agent composition which is used for fibers, has an excellent deodorant force and an excellent anti-microbial potency for clothes such as suits and fiber products such as curtains formed from lace fabrics, and further has not only excellent storage stability but also an excellent wrinkle-removing effect. SOLUTION: This deodorant, anti-microbial and wrinkle-removing agent composition for fibers is characterized by comprising (A) a deodorant base agent extracted from a plant, (B) a quaternary ammonium type anti-microbial agent, (C) a polyether-modified silicone in which the weight of the polyoxyethylene group in the molecule is 28 to 55 wt.% based on the total weight of the molecule.
