PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warp yarn sizing apparatus capable of preventing disturbance of uniform sizing of warp yarns without unevenness and damage to warp yarn quality because foam produced according to stirring of a size liquid with a roll rotating in a sizing bath sticks to warp yarns. SOLUTION: This warp yarn sizing apparatus 1 comprises the following. The sizing bath 4 housing the size liquid 3 and maintaining the size liquid surface at a prescribed height, a first roll 6 for winding and stretching a warp yarn sheet 2 dipped together with the warp yarn sheet 2 in the stretched state in the size liquid 3 in the sizing bath 4, a second roll 7 contacting the first roll 6 on the rolling side of the warp yarn sheet 2 and pressing the warp yarn sheet 2 against the first roll 6, a third roll 8 contacting the first roll 6 on the delivering side of the warp yarn sheet 2 and pressing the warp yarn sheet 2 against the first roll 6 and a feeding means (a pump 15, a flow regulating valve 42 and a feed nozzle 43) for feeding the size liquid 3 from the upper part to the circumscribed position of the first roll 6 with the second roll 7.
