PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable tool for wetting a finger, which is used for wetting the finger tip. SOLUTION: A housing (1) is provided with a finger hole (2) at the front side thereof, a sponge (3) placed in the finger hole, an inserting clip (6) at the back surface thereof, a lid foldably arranged at the front lower part of the housing, and a fitting member (5) for releasably fitting the lid (4) which is folded onto the housing.
