The internal combustion motor assembly has a hot air motor coupled to the exhaust, powered by the hot exhaust gas. The motor converts the exhaust heat into mechanical energy, to increase the power output from the motor. The two motors can be coupled together without a mechanical clutch, with a controlled mechanical clutch or gearing between their drive shafts, or by a non-contact transmission between their drive shafts.
