PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder homogenizing apparatus that can provide a harmful powder homogenizing apparatus for homogenizing powder while removing heat generated by pyrogenic harmful powder. SOLUTION: The powder homogenizing apparatus 10 comprises: a cylindrical shell 14 having a circular shape in section and a substantially horizontal axis X, X'; a cylindrical drum assembly 16 that is equipped inside the shell 14 and. has an inner drum and an outer drum, the outer surface of the cylindrical wall 16a of the outer drum being covered by blades 22a, 22b, the drum assembly 16 being capable of homogenizing powder contained in an annular space 24 formed between the outer drum and the shell 14, and rotational spaces 16e, 16f, 16g being formed between the inner drum and the outer drum; and a hollow shaft that is equipped integrally to the cylindrical drum assembly 16 and connected to both a cold air supply system at the outside of the shell 14 and an exhaust system at the outside of the shell 14.
