PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-operated valve of two rotation needle valve type capable of omitting an adjustment process during manufacture, and also to provide assembling method of the valve. SOLUTION: The motor-operated valve is equipped with a shaft 21 having a male screw body 16 for screwing into a female screw body 2 fixed to a case 1, a stopper 6 rotatably fitted to outside a shaft member 23, a cut-and-raised part 6 arranged to a guide 8 mounted on a valve main body 12 to assemble the shaft 21 slidably in the axial direction and unrotatably, and a projection 6b formed at the stopper 6. In a assembling holder 31 whose side face is formed in a U-shape by a upper flange part 32, a lower flange part 33 and a main body part 34 for connecting the both flange parts, by clamping the upper flange part 32 in a step part 2A formed in the female screw body 2 and clamping the lower flange part 33 in a groove 30 formed on the shaft member 23, a valve stem member A and the stopper 6 are assembled while performing vertical positioning.
