PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a spring for long period while supporting a large load in a vertical quake-absorbing equipment of structures and machineries, etc., and make maintenance control equipment unnecessary. SOLUTION: An upper base material 2 is provided under an upper building A, and a lower base material 3 is provided with a support stand 7 of a foundation B through a laminating rubber bearing 8 for horizontal quake-absorbing. This equipment arranges a middle base material 4 divided into plural segments around these base materials 2, 3 through rollers 5 which are assembled by wire tightening member 6, support an upper part load by united base materials 2, 3, 4 and convert the power of up and down direction to the power of a horizontal direction an by inclined plane 10 to 13 of the base materials 2, 3, 4, and vertical frequency is reduced by the axle spring of a horizontal direction.
