PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yarn fluid treating device enabling an objective interlace treatment without generating fluff or slackening, and a method for producing the yarn. SOLUTION: The yarn fluid treating device having a nozzle plate equipped with a pair of fluid-ejection holes arranged in a crossing direction to a yarn- running direction and a collision plate arranged as opposing against the fluid- ejection holes by taking an opened gap against the nozzle plate is provided by boring the pair of the fluid-ejection holes in parallel each other or so as to gradually expand their distance by going to the tip ends of them, and also forming a recessed part extending in the yarn-running direction, and the method for producing the yarn by using the same device is also provided.
