<p>An enzyme phosphorylating the serine residue at the 46-position in the amino acids of p53 is clarified. Further, the controlling mechanism of the apoptosis-inducing ability of p53 is clarified. As a result, a completely novel enzyme is provided. Namely, an enzyme consisting of casein kinase 2 and p53DINP1.</p> |
