PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing brandy containing propolis extract. Therefore, the manufactured brandy prevent atherosclerosis, protects liver tissue cells, has hangover removal, anti-oxidation and anti-bacterial effect, prevents various diseases by inhibiting inflammation, activating immunity, and purifying blood to, displays amber color, and has flavonoid aroma. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing brandy containing propolis extract characteristically comprises the steps of: crushing grapes; alcohol fermenting 70% of ethanol extracted propolis, 30% of yeast at 40-45 deg.c; centrifuging the fermentate and homogenizing it; subjecting the wine to three-step fractional distillation with 70% of ethanol extracted propolis and 60% water extracted propolis; and performing three-step cooling and filtering process, then followed by aging the brandy.
