PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe hair grower material having good hair growing effect and causing no allergic reaction on the scalp. SOLUTION: This hair grower material is obtained by diluting an ingredient with water derived from trace amounts of a ferrous or ferric salt, wherein the ingredient is obtained by extraction of or boiling down the trunks, leaves or fruits of Elaeagnus glabra Thunb. with an alcohol.
