PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable shift transmission even if an electric motor for selection or shift develops trouble. SOLUTION: A selection lever makes a shift lever engage selectively with one of plural fork shafts, and a controller 44 controls an electric motor 18 for selection and an electric motor 19 for shift based on an output detected by an operation detection switch 38 for detecting at a normal state an operating position of a change lever 37. A shift means 46 shifts, by operating change lever for a normal state, a selection lever and a shift lever into a normal position where both levers can be shifted and shifts, by operating the change lever 47 for an emergency state, both levers into an emergency position where both levers can be shifted. Further, the shift means 46 includes a manual and electrical shift lever 45 handled by an operator, a selection change mechanism 48 for connecting the selection lever to the electric motor for selection or to the emergency change lever and a shift change mechanism 49 for connecting the shift lever to the electric motor for shift or the emergency change lever. |
