PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a friction damper of the structure that can easily adjust damping force large and small. SOLUTION: Long holes 15, 16 are provided to the 1st link 1 and the 2nd link 2 respectively, and a bolt 6 passes through these long holes 15, 16. The 1st link and the 2nd link are connected and combined by tightening this bolt 6 so as to push those frictional faces. In the condition where the bolt 6 is loosened, the bolt 6 can move along the long holes 15, 16 and adjust the interval dimension between combined part of this bolt and another combined part large and small.
