PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve bracket mounting structure for elastically supporting a center bearing provided at a propeller shaft intermediate part of an automobile, to an automobile body member. SOLUTION: This bracket mounting structure for mounting a bracket 1 for holding the center bearing of the propeller shaft intermediate part, to the automobile body member by a bolt and a nut, is provided with a bush collar 2 formed in cylindrical shape having a flange at the upper end, fittingly mounted to the bolt and fixed to the automobile body member by the bolt and nut; a vertical pair of rubber bushes 3, 4 fitted to the outer periphery of the bush collar 2 to hold the bracket 1; and a washer 6 provided at the lower end of the lower rubber bush 4 out of the rubber bushes 3, 4. In this case, the lower end outer peripheral edge of the bush collar 2 passes through the washer 6 and is enlarged outward in diameter.
