PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize the operation of information processing equipment by realizing the prevention of a power source from decreasing during the operation of the information processing equipment mounted on a vehicle with a simple structure in an in-vehicle equipment control device. SOLUTION: The information processing equipment 16 and a delivery center for providing the information delivered from a delivery center to a vehicle passenger via a radiotelephone circuit are judged as in a communication state with each other or not, and the data to be stored in the information processing equipment 16 are all judged as in an nonvolatile memory 24 or not. A starter terminal of an IG switch 40 is judged in ON state or not. When a starter terminal is turned into ON state, the starter 14 is prohibited to operate in the case where the equipment 16 and the delivery center are in communicating state, or in the case where there are data not stored in the nonvolatile memory 24.
