PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembling of a pressure reducing valve into a housing and to easily inspect performance or the like of the pressure reducing vale before assembling. SOLUTION: An inlet passage 8, a pressure reducing valve chest 13 and an outlet passage 10 are formed and connected in the housing 2 in order and an attachment hole 12 from an outer surface of the housing 2 toward the pressure reducing valve chamber 13 is formed. A cylindrical body 16 is air-tightly installed in the attachment hole 12 and a pressure reducing member 17 is stored in the cylindrical body 16, and an outside opening 18 of the cylindrical body 16 is sealed with a cover body 19. A first piston 22 and a second piston 23 of a larger diameter than that of the first piston 22 are provided in the pressure reducing member 17. Both pistons 22, 23 air-tightly slide on an inner surface of the cylindrical body 16. An operation chamber 24 is formed between the second piston 23 and the cover body 19 and a communication passage 25 communicating the operation chamber 24 and the outlet passage 10 is formed in the pressure reducing member 17.
