PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a tractor equipped with a plurality of transmissions in accordance with various kinds of work conditions is capable of performing fine shift, but this fine shift operation becomes cumbersome in traveling on a road. SOLUTION: This tractor is provided with an overtop transmission (high/low two stages), a main transmission (first to third three stages), and a sub transmission (four stages of LL, L, M and H). When the overtop transmission is set on the high stage, switch to a part of the shift stage by combination of the main transmission and the sub transmission (1-LL, 1-L, 1-M...) is restrained not to be performed.
