PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute surface treatment of a worm at further lower cost while securing improvement of reverse rotation resistance and stability of a motor output performance. SOLUTION: The small-sized motor with a worm reduction gear outputs drive torque from the small-sized motor via the worm reduction gear constituted of the worm fixed to a motor shaft and a worm wheel. A worm, to which bead shot treatment that stabilizes the surface after nitriding to improve abrasion resistance and controls coefficient of friction to a desired value is applied, is used as the worm for the worm reduction gear.
