PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly lubricate a contact of an inhibitor switch set at a position higher than the oil level inside a transmission case. SOLUTION: A manual valve 25 is provided at the upper part of a control valve unit 20 arranged at the position higher than the oil level, and a drain port 28 of the manual valve is opened in the vicinity of the end face 23 of a step part in which a valve hole is opened. Oil flowed out from the drain port drops on a cover of the inhibitor switch 30, since the inhibitor switch 30 is arranged on the lower side of an axial line S of the manual valve and the cover 34 is extended to the place under an opening of the drain port. Since a long hole 35 to pass a pin 40 connected with a spool 26 of the manual valve is provided on the cover, the oil flows from the long hole to the inside of the cover and lubricates a contact part inside.
