PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duct for ventilating and air-conditioning, capable of replacing an existing duct for an exhaust gas including harmful dust in an atomic power plant and the like, in a short time at a narrow place. SOLUTION: A duct channel is formed by longitudinally fastening unit panel ducts respectively formed by fastening a panel face and folded parts at edges of a panel which is folded at edges of front and rear parts and both side parts, and a lip channel steel duct formed by combining lip channel steel and having the same outer circumferential shape as the unit panel ducts is properly mounted between the unit panel ducts. The lip channel steel duct is supported by a duct support in a state of being fitted in a clearance defined by lip channel steel flanges at both sides.
