PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an one-way clutch which prevents a sprag from jumping. SOLUTION: A retainer 4 is provided with a biasing part with which the sprag is engaged to be biased in the bitten direction to an inner and outer rings, and a bumper 6 made up of an elastic body which absorbs jumping operating energy by coming into contact with the sprag to jump.
